Confirming Backup Logs

When configuring a scheduled backup it is important to confirm the backup logs. These logs will confirm which files were transmitted to the server and will also list any potential backup errors.

  1. Open the application and select the Logs tab.
  2. Select files for deletion.
  3. Press the Delete Files Now button.

 


 

1) Select Logs Tab:

Select the Restore tab from the main menu.

Press the Delete button indicated here in red.

Select Files

 


 

2) Select Log:

Clicking one of the logs will display the contents in the right viewing pane. Below is an example of the file transfer details located in a typical log. It includes the file name, location, initial size, level of compression and final size.
