backed up by the software.
How do I increase the amount of
storage space for an account? You would need to contact
sales@ibssafe.com to request an account upgrade to be able to backup
more data.

During installation the Setup Wizard was unable to connect to
the server? This problem is typically caused by software firewalls.
Temporarily disabling such firewalls can help determine if they are the
cause of the connectively problem. If it is the software firewall which
is causing the connectivity problem, it must be configured to allow the
backup application to communicate on TCP Port 308.
