What information do we collect? How do we use it?
- · When you download a demonstration file we collect your name and e-mail address as a minimum. For our more advanced software, we also collect your mailing address and telephone number. This allows us to contact you with important installation information, tips and tricks, follow-up information and support. You must accept these terms and conditions before downloading our demonstration software. A check box is provided on the download form to indicate acceptance.
- · When you order we need your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date to process and fulfill your order and notify you of your order status.
- · When you submit customer feedback, we ask for your e-mail address to provide you with a response when necessary. We do not display customer e-mail addresses for public viewing on our feedback pages.
- · When you enter a contest or other promotional feature we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address in order to administer the contest and notify winners.
- · We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of our store.

- How does IBS protect customer information?

Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide additional shopping features. Will IBS disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

(If you use more than one e-mail address to shop with us, notify us in your message of each e-mail account you use.)
